Welcome to The Sprinkle Times Mail Club-a cute and fun (un) informative newspaper and mail club. It isn’t filled with serious news. Instead it’s a place to slow down and read cozy, gentle, fun, feel good stories, and joyful headlines. 

Led by Dr. Sprinkles and her clinical team, this therapy inspired mail club invites you into clinic life...where you're the client and we focus on self love and mental health. 

Each month's mail feels like a peek behind the clinic doors—filled with gentle reminders, playful stories, and comforting moments designed to support healthy habits, emotional well-being, and everyday joy. Think nostalgic snail mail, charming characters, and small surprises that make self-care feel fun and approachable.  

As a client of this clinic, each month you will receive a cute patient file that will include the following:

• Vinyl Sticker (~2.5-3")
• Mini 4 page newsletter in a format of a cute newspaper full of news from Dr. Sprinkles and her clinical team. 
• One fun brain friendly stationery or paper good to help you reflect, reset, and slow down to support your mental health.
• BONUS: When you first sign on, you will receive a new member card, a new member intake form, and a stamp collector card.  

Please note:

• Sprinkles Mail Club will be shipped with untracked mail (free shipping)
• Sign up by March 31st to receive that month's mail the following month. So March's mail subscription will be received in early April.  
• Sprinkles Mail Club is billed on the same day of the month that you initially made your subscription
• For example, if you sign up on April 2: You will be charged April 2 and your Sprinkles Mail Club will be sent the first week of the following month. You will next be charged on May 2 for the next month's mail, and so on!
• By signing up you acknowledge that Sprinkles Mail Club is an ongoing subscription until you choose to cancel.
